ECTP Train the Trainer - ILM Recognised

Effective Communication for Training Professionals (ECTP) Train the Trainer is our flagship training programme, approved globally as ‘ILM Recognised’ which means that it meets the  standards for leadership and management set by ILM (a City&Guilds business).  Our four day programme  builds core training skills for new trainers  and  enables current trainers to take their training to a new level of excellence. This is available both via virtual classroom or face-to-face. 

Our ethos is "learning through doing" and our programmes are packed with skill practice and you teaching.
